Capture Manager XBAT US Army

You will develop and implement a strategic capture plan for X-BAT supporting U.S. government land forces. You will guide teams toward Army program wins, build relationships with Army stakeholders, and shape policy, requirements, and solicitations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic capture plan for X-BAT and U.S. government land forces.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic Army program wins.
• Build and maintain relationships with Army stakeholders and influencers.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic capture or Army policy-development experience.
• Knowledge of Army requirements or acquisition processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
