Business Operations Manager

You will collaborate with multiple departments to identify and solve complex operational problems. You will develop strategies and drive execution, manage multiple cross-functional work streams, and act as a project manager to deliver results. You will design and implement processes, negotiate with vendors, build tooling, create presentations, and build financial and strategic models to inform decisions.

• Expertise in financial modeling and creating impactful presentations
• Highly organized with strong logical problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver results
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Deep interest in technology and willingness to learn about cryptocurrencies
