Business Development Manager Sports Prediction Markets

You will build and manage relationships with high-value sports clients, VIPs, and sophisticated market participants. You will use your network to introduce clients to sports and prediction-markets offerings, manage relationships from onboarding through account management, develop client-acquisition strategies, gather market feedback, and coordinate with trading, product, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with high-value sports clients, VIPs, and sophisticated market participants
• Leverage your network to introduce clients to sports and prediction-markets offerings
• Identify active and valuable clients and develop engagement strategies
• Own client relationships from introduction through onboarding, activation, and account management
• Understand client activity, preferences, and requirements and provide relevant service
• Develop relationships through industry events, referrals, private networks, and relevant channels
• Gather market and client feedback to shape the offering
• Work with trading, product, and operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience

Requirements

• Established network of high-value sports and VIP clients
• Proven track record of executing transactions ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars
• Understanding of the sports ecosystem and high-value client sourcing
• Experience building trust and converting client relationships into business
• Experience in VIP management, high-touch sales, business development, account management, or a similar sports client-facing role
• Understanding of client value, transaction volumes, and relationship economics
• Ability to work independently and build a client network
• Communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in prediction markets, trading, and sports and financial market convergence
• Knowledge of sports industry news, developments, and major events
