Business Development Manager

This role sits under the Urban Greenery Team (Sales).
Responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities in green building and landscaping to expand company's market presence and revenue.

Strategic Planning and Communication
- Develop and implement business growth plans, in collaboration with senior leadership, to achieve specific revenue targets and market expansion goals in the APAC region.
- Identify and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals to partners, designers and consultants to promote urban greenery products and solutions, highlighting benefits and value propositions.

Project Pipeline and Data Management
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to track leads, monitor sales pipeline, and provide regular progress reports to management
- Actively identify new business leads related to green building through market research and networking

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging, share market feedback, and ensure products meet customer needs.

Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends (e.g., sustainable building products) and emerging markets to pinpoint untapped niches and refine growth strategies

- Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates who have a strong interest to do sales are welcome to apply.

- Strong understanding and passion for urban greening concepts and products would be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
