Business Analyst

ZentixSoft is looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to lead discovery, gather and analyze business requirements, manage stakeholder communication, and support the development team in delivering solutions aligned with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Understand the client's business, processes, goals, and challenges.
• Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams.
• Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and designers.
• Support the development team throughout implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.
• Experience leading discovery and requirements-gathering activities.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience writing functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage changing requirements and competing priorities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST APIs, and system integrations.
• Experience working with international clients.
