Associate Software Development Engineer in Test

You will design, build, and maintain automated tests across APIs, backend services, web and mobile applications, and blockchain-integrated components. You will define quality strategy, improve testability and release readiness, analyze incidents, maintain CI/CD test pipelines, and mentor engineers on testing and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and suites for APIs, backend services, web and mobile UI, and blockchain-integrated components
• Define and drive quality strategy, including test planning, coverage analysis, risk assessment, and release readiness
• Partner with developers, DevOps, and product managers to improve testability and shift quality left
• Analyze test results, production incidents, and system behavior to drive systemic improvements
• Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines
• Contribute to performance testing, security validation, and observability practices
• Mentor engineers on testing practices, code quality, and automation design

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or software development in test
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages
• Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks
• Deep understanding of API testing, microservices architectures, and distributed systems
• Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD tools, and JIRA
• Strong debugging and analytical skills using logs, metrics, and traces
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools
