Assistant Vice President Senior Associate Specialist Operations Securities Services Clearance Settlement Investigation Private Banking

You will supervise daily operations and guide subordinates. You will process fund orders, review ledger and transaction records, reconcile stock and cash positions, and liaise with fund managers and auditors. You will maintain compliance, investigate incidents, test system enhancements, and support operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and guide subordinates
• Process fund subscriptions, switches, and redemptions
• Review general ledger and transaction input
• Liaise with auditors on fund audit work
• Maintain subscription and redemption records
• Handle fund manager enquiries
• Review stock and cash reconciliations, fees, and expenses
• Comply with operating procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk guidelines
• Report suspicious or outstanding transactions and incidents
• Perform user acceptance testing and live verification for system enhancements
• Support project initiatives and business development activities
• Complete regular and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
