Assistant Relationship Manager

You will manage institutional, corporate, and VIP client relationships. You will oversee trade bookings and settlements, execute client trades, complete onboarding and KYC reviews, and follow client matters through to resolution. You will maintain accurate client documentation and support client communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage institutional, corporate, and VIP client relationships
• Oversee trade bookings and settlements
• Execute client trades promptly and accurately
• Complete client onboarding and KYC reviews
• Apply financial-product and strategy knowledge to support high-net-worth clients
• Prioritize and resolve client matters
• Collaborate to deliver client service
• Prepare client presentations and proposals
• Maintain account documentation and client records
• Monitor client activity and engagement
• Coordinate follow-ups, meetings, and reminders

Requirements

• Have 1–3 years of relevant experience in Priority or Private Banking
• Demonstrate interest in blockchain technology, fintech, and digital assets
• Understand client service
• Use interpersonal skills
• Support clients in Mandarin and English
