Asset Manager

You will manage asset controls for project sites, receive and inspect equipment, maintain asset records, conduct counts and reconciliations, handle export-control requirements, and ensure clean handovers to site teams. You will escalate non-compliance and support timely capitalization of assets.

Responsibilities

• Enforce asset-control requirements through site walk-downs and audits.
• Receive, inspect, and secure capital equipment and IT hardware.
• Raise and follow up damage, shortage, and overage claims.
• Tag and register assets against the asset hierarchy.
• Run cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile records.
• Apply export-control handling requirements.
• Verify project handover packages.
• Maintain asset records for asset capitalization.
• Escalate non-compliance to leadership and Asset Management.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of inventory control, material control, warehousing, or asset-management experience.
• Experience with physical counts and reconciliations.
• Experience handling capital equipment or serialized assets.
• Working knowledge of ERP, CMMS, or WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Maximo.
• Excel skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel.
• Export-control or trade-compliance exposure.
• Data-center or mission-critical infrastructure experience.
• Fixed-asset accounting or audit-support experience.
