Applied AI Engineer

You will embed with enterprise engineering teams to deploy and optimize agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product. You will lead workshops and pair-programming sessions, configure Devin and integrations, measure productivity impact, and turn customer learnings into scalable enablement materials and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with engineering teams to drive adoption of Devin
• Architect and implement agentic workflows
• Lead workshops and pair-programming sessions
• Install, configure, and optimize Devin and associated tools
• Pair-program on production problems
• Track productivity metrics and communicate ROI
• Convert field learnings into scalable playbooks and best practices
• Create enablement materials based on customer learnings

Requirements

• STEM degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, technical consulting, deployment strategy, forward deployment, or solutions engineering
• Coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
• Experience driving technical adoption and measurable impact
• Commercial acumen
• Verbal and written communication skills
