You will discover department workflows and prioritize AI use cases. You will design, build, deploy, and improve production-grade full-stack applications and AI systems. You will encode business rules and metrics into data and application logic, own scalable and secure architecture, and turn reusable patterns into building blocks.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with department heads and users
• Map workflows and prioritize AI use cases
• Design and ship production-grade full-stack applications and AI systems
• Encode business rules, KPIs, and ROI metrics into data assets and application logic
• Use products internally and provide product feedback
• Own scalable, secure, observable architecture
• Turn one-off solutions into reusable building blocks

• At least 3 years building and deploying production AI software
• Python
