Analyst, Investor Relations & Marketing

You will support investor relations and business-development activities by maintaining outreach lists, CRM records, data rooms, fund-performance information, factsheets, and DDQ materials. You will also support marketing and PR by managing media relationships, tracking opportunities and coverage, updating web and social content, creating Canva materials, producing written communications, and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain targeted investor and partner outreach lists
• Keep the CRM and data room up to date
• Maintain fund performance, AUM, and factsheets across hedge fund databases
• Support DDQ preparation and maintain standard responses
• Build and maintain media relationships
• Track speaking opportunities, podcasts, and award submissions
• Log media coverage and update the website
• Contribute to campaign and content planning
• Schedule social media posts and track performance
• Create branded visuals and lay out marketing materials
• Support newsletters, press releases, and other written content
• Coordinate event venues, quotes, logistics, and branding

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a finance-related role
• Interest in DeFi and digital asset markets
• Excellent written English
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace
• Experience using AI tools, prompt design, and simple workflows or automations
• Ability to follow briefs and handle confidential information discreetly
