AI Software Engineer

You will optimize machine learning models for efficient use on edge devices and in high-traffic cloud environments. You will deploy models through high-performance APIs, build and maintain scalable inference frameworks, and refactor research code into reliable, maintainable production software alongside AI scientists.

Responsibilities

• Optimize machine learning models using pruning, quantization, and distillation.
• Deploy models through high-performance APIs and integrate them into the software ecosystem.
• Build and maintain machine learning inference frameworks at scale.
• Refactor research code into production-grade, maintainable software with AI scientists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent university experience focused on machine learning systems and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in C++.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in Docker.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience with vector databases, including Pinecone and Weaviate.
• Experience with CI/CD for machine learning.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
