AI Product Solutions Lead Technology Product Management Vice President

You will own an AI platform workstream from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization. You will translate user and business needs into technical requirements, prioritize the roadmap, shape solution design with technical partners, and improve product quality through evaluation, telemetry, and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Define AI product vision and strategy and own the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Translate business and user needs into technical product requirements
• Own the roadmap and backlog
• Partner across engineering, data science, architecture, design, and business teams
• Shape AI-powered and agentic user experiences
• Define AI evaluation frameworks and product key performance indicators
• Define responsible-AI product requirements
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and translate them into product opportunities

Requirements

• Experience leading technical product management from strategy through production launch and adoption
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning product development, including generative AI, large language models, AI agents, prompting, and context management
• Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation, grounding, knowledge retrieval, and semantic data models
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and technical trade-offs
• Experience using evaluation, telemetry, experimentation, and user feedback to improve products
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, privacy, governance, monitoring, and controls
• Ability to translate complex workflows into scalable product and technical solutions
