AI Product Sales Executive
Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Shaping the market narrative for RegAI and translating complex innovation into clear, compelling customer value
Developing a durable messaging and positioning framework that connects our AI capabilities to real client outcomes and measurable business impact
Owning the competitive story for RegAI: running a structured win/loss review, maintaining the competitive landscape and objection handling, and iterating messaging based on what lands in the field
Owning and accelerating the go-to-market of RegAI, with the objective of selling it, from launch planning through field enablement and adoption
Tracking go-to-market performance — pipeline, conversion, win rates, usage, and adoption — and turning it into clear recommendations, including input on packaging and pricing
Building the field-facing operating system — playbooks, demos, pitch assets, and battlecards — that helps consulting teams position and sell RegAI
Working with Sia’s directors so that they can sell RegAI: ensuring they have access to the right contacts in client organizations and integrating RegAI into our augmented consulting offerings
Owning the RegAI pitch and demo: delivering product demos and leading workshops with prospects and clients, alongside Sia’s directors
Driving awareness of our solutions by mobilizing tech influencers and the wider AI community, and amplifying our voice across relevant channels
Adapt marketing content for RegAI — promotional videos, insights, and campaigns that resonate with both IT and business leaders, using AI tools to scale content production — in line with Sia’s brand charter and marketing ways of working
Coordinating cross-functional execution across product launches, customer proof points, partner moments, events, and account-based campaigns
Owning inbound and outbound lead generation for RegAI, with accountability for SEO and GEO performance
Partnering closely with his/her colleagues within the marketing & communication team, to keep our story impactful and relevant
2+ years of experience in go-to-market and/or sales, ideally in a software, SaaS, or AI-driven environment
Proven experience bringing digital or AI products to market, with a clear understanding of how this differs from more traditional communication or marketing; ideally you have led or co-led a product launch across product, sales, and marketing
Genuine passion for and working knowledge of AI — you follow the space closely, experiment with the tools, and can hold your own in a technical conversation; no prior experience with RegAI is required, curiosity and the ability to quickly grasp a new product are what matter
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for turning complex technology into clear, compelling stories
Comfortable engaging tech communities and influencers, and building credible product content such as demos, launch assets, and thought leadership
Strong seller empathy: experience building sales enablement (pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, objection handling) that sales teams actually adopt, and confidence presenting to prospects
Proven ability to work autonomously on similar assignments, with a proactive, dynamic, and innovative approach — regular check-ins, but no day-to-day management
Proactive, collaborative, and hands-on mindset, with the organizational drive to lead cross-functional execution across multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously
Data-driven, comfortable with funnel and pipeline metrics, and an active user of AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work
