AI Product Manager

You will identify valuable business problems and AI application opportunities, turn them into validated product solutions, and lead their ongoing improvement. You will conduct research, define requirements, design MVPs, assess product results, and coordinate with business, engineering, and algorithm stakeholders to deliver AI products.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value business problems, user needs, and AI application opportunities
• Analyze requirements, design product solutions, validate MVPs, and iterate products
• Use AI-native methods for research, analysis, design, collaboration, and delivery
• Identify product value, commercialization, and monetization opportunities
• Coordinate with business, engineering, and algorithm stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Establish product-effectiveness evaluation and continuous-improvement mechanisms

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and solve business problems
• Product management skills in user research, process analysis, product design, and project delivery
• Ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows for research, analysis, decision-making, and delivery
• Understanding of large language models, agents, RAG, knowledge bases, and workflows
• Ability to independently validate AI products and design MVPs
• English proficiency for primary working-language communication, reading, and writing
