AI Platform Engineer

You will build and maintain user-facing applications, APIs, and dashboards for drug design workflows. You will develop ML training and inference systems, expose models through scalable backend services, collaborate with scientists on AI-augmented experiment planning, and own delivery from prototype through deployment and observability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain user-facing applications, APIs, and dashboards for drug design workflows
• Develop ML training and inference systems and scalable backend services
• Collaborate with scientists on AI-augmented experiment planning and analysis
• Own full-stack development from prototype to production, including deployment and observability
• Leverage modern AI development tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack, ML infrastructure, or platform engineer
• Experience building backend systems that serve ML models in production
• Frontend development skills in React and TypeScript
• Fluency in Python
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Ability to partner with wet-lab scientists and AI researchers
• Track record of shipping quickly with quality
