AI Inference Core Software Integration Engineer

You will turn early inference concepts and prototypes into validated platform capabilities. You will integrate software across AI frameworks, runtimes, compilers, kernels, distributed systems, infrastructure, and hardware; debug difficult failures; manage technical risks; and improve repeatable integration practices.

Responsibilities

• Turn new inference ideas and features into integrated, working platform capabilities
• Take high-value projects from incomplete ideas or prototypes to validated capabilities
• Integrate and validate components across AI frameworks, runtimes, compilers, kernels, distributed systems, infrastructure, and hardware
• Drive complex cross-component projects through integration, validation, and release readiness
• Collaborate with software and hardware engineers on co-design trade-offs and system-level issues
• Investigate and debug failures across AI workloads, distributed software, infrastructure, and hardware boundaries
• Identify bottlenecks, failure modes, edge cases, and integration gaps
• Capture lessons from urgent work to improve future integrations
• Help teammates resolve difficult problems and make decisions

Requirements

• Software engineering fundamentals
