AI Field Engineer - Strategic Partnerships

You will lead technical co-sell work with strategic partners, build reference architectures, and deliver POCs and MVPs. You will benchmark and tune model deployments, guide fine-tuning and evaluation work, create integration content, and surface partner-driven product gaps. You will manage technical partner relationships and support pipeline health.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical co-sell motions with strategic partners
• Build reference architectures, integration patterns, POCs, and MVPs
• Run load tests and tune deployments for latency, throughput, and cost targets
• Deploy and validate model families using vLLM and SGLang
• Guide model selection, fine-tuning strategy, and evaluation methodology
• Build fine-tuning pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Surface partner-driven product gaps and translate roadmap updates into partner messaging
• Publish reference architectures, integration guides, and benchmark posts
• Track pipeline health and flag risks and opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years in a pre-sales, partner engineering, forward-deployed, or technical consulting role
