AI Engineer

You will build agent harnesses, sub-agent capabilities, toolkits, and integrations that enable AI agents to perform real-world actions. You will own projects from identifying a job to be done through delivery, improve the existing tool catalog, and develop testing and evaluation systems for agent abilities. You will also help shape emerging MCP ecosystem standards.

Responsibilities

• Build agent harnesses and agents-as-tools
• Own delivery of engine changes, MCP servers, services, and new capabilities
• Build toolkits and abilities from vendor APIs and internal needs
• Maintain and improve the existing tool catalog
• Develop evaluation and testing systems for abilities
• Engage with the MCP ecosystem and evolving standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience shipping production code
• Python or TypeScript
• API integration experience including REST, authentication flows, pagination, and rate limits
• LLM application experience including prompting, retrieval, tool use, or agent design
• Testing and evaluation experience
• MCP ecosystem familiarity
• Go
• ML or AI evaluation systems
