AI Engagement Manager

You will build trusted executive relationships with strategic partners, understand their content challenges, and propose targeted solutions. You will onboard partners to the platform and API, support expansion, prototype new opportunities, analyze partnership performance, and share feedback that improves products.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted C-suite relationships with strategic partners
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop AI-driven content initiatives
• Translate proven and emerging use cases into product and industry initiatives
• Understand account pain points and propose targeted solutions
• Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities
• Develop functional and technical product knowledge
• Onboard partners to the platform and API
• Support partner expansion and technical adoption
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative
• Analyze and report partnership performance using BI tools and data

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience with C-level technical audiences at complex global organizations
• Experience leading complex generative AI or machine learning implementations with measurable business outcomes
• Presentation and executive communication skills
• Technical aptitude for complex technologies, tools, and systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Retool, or other BI systems
