AI Cloud Platform Product Manager

You will own the roadmap and evolution of the AI Cloud Console, APIs, and platform experience. You will design customer journeys, build shared platform capabilities, drive self-service automation, gather customer feedback, and coordinate priorities and delivery across relevant functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Cloud Console, API, and platform-experience roadmap
• Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
• Build account, organization, access-control, resource-management, billing, notification, and platform-operation capabilities
• Deliver a unified cloud experience across product areas
• Drive self-service and automation
• Translate customer and developer feedback into product solutions
• Define priorities, build the roadmap, and drive execution

Requirements

• 5 or more years of product management experience in cloud, infrastructure, or developer platforms
• Understanding of cloud architecture and developer and enterprise customer workflows
• Product judgment, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership
• Ability to drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and design through launch and iteration
• Professional proficiency in English
