Affiliate Manager/Sweepstakes Casino USA

Employment Details
Compensation: $1,200–2,500 fixed salary + KPI bonuses, depending on experience.
Work format: Fully remote or office-based (Prague, Czech Republic).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00 (Prague time).
Cooperation: B2B with official payments to your bank account. The company covers applicable taxes separately; they are not deducted from your agreed salary.

Responsibilities
Source, negotiate with, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Build and develop an active network of affiliate partners.
Manage partnerships and negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
Launch and scale affiliate traffic in the US market.
Monitor traffic quality and analyze FTDs, deposits, ROI, and partner performance.
Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and postbacks.

Requirements
Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing within Casino / Gambling / iGaming.
Recent hands-on experience with the US market (currently or within the last 3 months).
An active affiliate partner base with the potential to generate traffic.
Experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models.
Understanding of affiliate tracking, FTD, deposits, and ROI.
English proficiency: B2+ / C1.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
