Accounting Manager

You will own key areas of the monthly close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. You will build and document repeatable accounting processes, support the first-year financial statement audit, research technical accounting issues, and use AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency. You will also strengthen accounting processes and systems in preparation for IPO readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own significant areas of the monthly close, reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
• Build and document repeatable accounting processes
• Support the first-year financial statement audit and IPO readiness
• Research technical accounting questions
• Support audit and tax requests with workpapers and analysis
• Implement AI and automation across the accounting function
• Strengthen accounting processes and systems

Requirements

• 5–7 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and high-growth industry experience
• Strong US GAAP knowledge
• Experience owning core close responsibilities end to end
• Experience supporting external financial statement audits
• Experience across technical accounting, operational accounting, and systems work
• Demonstrated use of AI and automation in accounting
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
