How we work:

Our preferred location for open roles is Chicago, IL. We value in‑person connection and regularly host on‑campus events to create meaningful opportunities for our team to build relationships and collaborate.

We follow a hybrid schedule designed with flexibility in mind. Team members can choose the days Monday through Friday that work best for them each week, with the expectation of being on campus at least two days per week.

Learn more about our interview process

At Strata, we prioritize meaningful connections with future team members. Our interview process is designed to be collaborative, transparent, and reflective of our culture—both virtually and in person. Here's what you can expect throughout our interview process:

The initial recruiter screenings are conducted via Zoom. We kindly ask that you keep your camera on for the duration of each interview and disable any AI tools. If you require an accommodation, such as AI-assisted note taking or transcription, please let us know so we can best support your needs.

Our interview process includes a visit to our office (or what we call our Campus). The timing and format may vary by team, but this usually occurs toward the later stages. If you have questions about this step, your recruiter will be happy to walk you through it.

Should you accept a position at Strata, please note that your first two days will include in-person orientation at our Chicago Campus. Whether you’re local or traveling in, be sure to bring your approved I-9 documentation. We verify employment eligibility on-site on Day One.

We strive to make our interview process as informative and inclusive as possible. If you have questions about what to expect or would like to request an accommodation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at Careers@stratadecision.com.

Thinking about applying?
Research shows that women and underrepresented groups tend to apply to jobs only when they check every box on a job posting. If you’re currently reading this and hesitating to click “Apply” for that reason, we encourage you to go for it! A true passion and excitement for making an impact is just as important as work experience.
